9. You have to get out of your comfort zone and don’t care about what other people say about you (19:20-20:45)
10. Decide-Commit-Act-Succeed-Repeat (20:45-22:00)
11. Change only comes from the internal and not from the external (22:00-23:00)
12. Raise your standards! (23:00-24:00)
13. The difference between success and failure in not that big! you must be able to block distractions, push a little harder, not looking for a pat on the back and never be satisfy. (24:00-25:55)
14. Critics or feedback- you decide how you want to take it (25:55-28:30)
15. Success never comes by mistakes, you must:
– Show up early
– Show up late
– Come up first
– Leave last
16. You don’t have to completely change what you are doing, you just have to redirect it into a different direction that still allow you to do what you wanna do (29:30-31:30)
